Good morning Windybush,

The WBCA met on Sunday evening to discuss our approach to 2025. Here are our first notes for everyone.

Everyone should see discounts on their Evergreen bill starting this next billing cycle.

Block Captains! We need a block captain for every street. Distributing information to the neighborhood can be very time consuming with only 1 or 2 people. We only need this a few times annually though. Newsletters twice a year, we now have a welcome letter for new neighbors, information about special events. This is a great way to help the community that has low responsibility. This is our beginning list, all we need is your address, phone number, and email:
