Happy Spring to my Windybush neighbors! As many of you might know, I am your

resident Windybush real estate expert. I have lived in this awesome community for

36 years and I believe that it is one of the best neighborhoods in North Wilmington.

I have listed and sold many of these wonderful homes over the years.

There were only nine homes that were listed for sale in Windybush in the last 2

years. Low real estate inventory continues throughout the country. Twelve days is

the average days on the market for our neighborhood. All but one of these nine

Exclusive New Castle County Housing Market Snapshot - April 28, 2023

Strong seller favorable conditions continue. Low new inventory is limiting the

market. Compared with a year ago, new listings are 30% fewer with sale contracts

down 22%. Home values are in line with 2022 values at this time of the year.

Days on market (DOM) for sold homes is 6 days while unsold homes, DOM is 38

days, longer than last year which was around 24 at the end of April 2022.
